Weekend guarantees that all of our products are of the highest quality. All orders will receive an order confirmation by email.

Weekend Sale Policy

All sale items are final sale. Promotional discounts do not apply to sale items.

Tax

Massachusetts residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If Weekend is not collecting your state’s taxes, you are expected to comply with your state’s current laws regarding purchases over the internet.

Orders $0 to $50.00:               $7.95
Orders $50.01 to $100.00:       $9.95
Orders $100.01 to $200.00:     $12.95
Orders $200.01 to $500.00:     $15.95
Orders above $500.00:         $19.95

Items in stock will be shipped in 2-3 business days. If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please email us using the “Contact Us” link to find out when it will be available again.

Oversize and overweight items may be subject to different shipping charges.

Weekend Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American express online. All of our credit card transactions are secure. If you do not feel comfortable using your credit card online, please feel free to call us and order over the phone. We are available from 10-5pm EST Monday through Saturday.

We will not disclose your information to other parties, except information necessary for shipping.

Weekend Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days for store credit or exchange. All returns must be approved by Weekend. You must call us at 508-255-9300 or email us at support@capeweekend.com with your return information. The item must be returned in its original and unused condition. It must be packaged securely and insured for the full amount if over $100.

Damages

Please contact us immediately to report damages or defects so we can promptly arrange a replacement . If no replacement is available, we will provide a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. All sale items and special orders are final sales. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package receipt.
